Chris Brusznicki
Founder & Principal Attorney
Chris Brusznicki brings over 20 years of real estate investment experience to Rimmon Hill LLC. His journey into law was born from personal frustration with how slowly attorneys handled his own real estate matters. This experience drives the firm's commitment to speed and efficiency in every case.
Since 2010, Chris has developed deep expertise in foreclosure proceedings, combining his background in technology with real estate to create a practice that operates at scale. He has raised over one billion dollars in financing as a principal and has supervised legal operations for thousands of foreclosure actions.
A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude, Chris is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Maryland.

Marisa Mullins, MBA, J.D.
Associate General Counsel
Marisa Mullins is a master's prepared Maryland real estate attorney who brings deep expertise in a multitude of real estate issues to Rimmon Hill LLC. Her extensive background includes serving as part of the in-house counsel team for one of the nation's largest commercial real estate firms, developing 1+ million square feet of real estate with some of the Mid-Atlantic's largest mixed use and residential developers, and completing more than 1,500 real estate transactions.
In addition to the practice of law, Marisa has 15+ years of real estate development experience including sales and acquisitions, condominium and ground lease work, land use approvals, commercial leasing, and liens.

Shirley Owens brings nearly two decades of specialized experience in HOA law to Rimmon Hill LLC. Her extensive background includes managing legal operations at a leading Maryland firm focused on condominium and homeowners association representation.
A seasoned team leader, Shirley has previously run an office of 15 paralegals and managed over 1,500 client files. Her expertise spans covenant enforcement, document drafting and interpretation, contract review, corporate governance, and the recovery of delinquent assessment accounts. She is skilled in title research, court e-filing, and maintaining comprehensive client reporting systems.
